For years we have had clients say, "We are so glad, you were able to act fast during off hours". That would be said differently if we didn't have the equipment on hand to handle emergencies that require it.

For years we had difficulty coming up with a system to keep track and maintain all of our tools and equipment, when you have dozens of different employees using the tools and equipment everyday it can be a full time job for more than one person.

We decided so that we can feel confident in investing in more tools and equipment to better serve our clients we should take it to the next level. That when we decided to start a tool rental business. This way with the outside business we could afford to hire a staff to manage and maintain the tools.

The truth is, it was most beneficial to the customer. With our dedication to serving the customer 24/7 it was quickly evident that if a tool rental store wasn't going to serve us at 10:00pm on a Sunday, then we should start our own tool rental business. That's the only way we will be able to serve our customers that need our services.
