Fabrication, or commonly known in our industry as, "Pre-Fab", is quite simply Halco's realization that if you build something in a controlled and conditioned environment, you will gain efficiency and ensure a quality installation. There isn't much we couldn't find efficiency in pre-fabbing, but here a list of some of our more commonly built items.

Boiler Boards

If there was a starting point to our pre-fab efforts it was the boiler board. Simply put, the boiler board is a board with a high-efficiency boiler mounted on it, in such a way that it allows us to place every other component on it that a boiler system needs to function, safely, efficiently and reliably. The only left to do for a quality installation that is easy to service is, connect the supply and return piping, connect the domestic cold water and condensate drain, and connect the control and power wiring.

Furnace Duct and Sheet Metal Work

Duct work was another area where we saw the need for prefabrication.
