Halco's Home Energy Performance Division is focused on providing you with energy savings and a comfortable, healthy home. We are a Building Performance Institute certified company, and specialize in the analysis of your home's envelope and energy usage. Specifically, we conduct home energy audits and recommend improvements through the NYSERDA Energy Smart program. This program provides quality-assurance and oversight on all work done, as well as incentive rebates or low-interest financing for the improvement projects, which can include air-sealing, insulation, high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, and distribution system upgrades. These energy efficiency improvements are more affordable than ever, and can provide protection against future energy costs.
