Halco Discount Club
Once you become a member of the Halco Discount Club, you become a priority customer. In other words, if you have no heat, or if water is pouring all over your home, we will put you to the head of the list for service. We prioritize our service schedule by your agreement status. Once every spring or early summer, we will come out and do an annual tune & clean and safety check on your heating and/or cooling system. You will enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that our company will be here for you any time you need us. If you have ever tried to get in touch with any type of business after hours, on the weekend or on holidays, you can appreciate this kind of feature. Our office staff will answer the phone, no matter when you call.
Agreement Types
Platinum - Includes the annual tune up and cleaning of heating/cooling equipment, service calls, labor and materials for needed repairs on the covered equipment, and 24/7 priority service. Pricing Service Agreement
Gold - Includes the annual tune up and cleaning of heating/cooling equipment, a reduced trip fee from $89 to $63 for any service calls, a 15% discount on needed repairs, and 24/7 priority service. Pricing Service Agreement
Silver - Includes the annual tune up and cleaning of the heating/cooling equipment. Does not include any discounts on trip charges or repairs. Pricing Service Agreement
Plumbing Service Plan Service Agreement
This agreement entitles you to 2 hours of any plumbing work you would like done. This is a highly discounted block of time. This 2 hour block of time will need to fit Halco's schedule on a non-emergency basis. And if that plumbing emergency does arise, we provide service for our maintenance customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even holidays! You would then also receive 15% off the emergency repair work and a discounted trip fee.
