Since 2005, Ana Appell has been vital part of the Halco team.  She began her adventure as commercial project administrator where she was responsible for ensuring the division ran smoothly.  Her accounting and human resource skills did not go unnoticed by the owners and a divine opportunity presented itself to advance her into the position as the assistant to the owners.  In her current role, Ana along with the direction of Tammy and Hal, she never tires for variety in accounting, payroll as well as administrative manager for the MEPS division.  Ana is an active member of International Service Leadership (ISL) as well as Women in HVACR (WHVACR).

Since 1983, she has worked for industry leaders in both private & public sectors where her proven ability to work independently and her professionalism has benefited in a variety of roles including human resources, accounting and administrative positions.  At Halco, Ana is always working hard for continued growth & prosperity.
