Hours: 2pm-9pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 3pm-9pm

Cissy joined the Halco team in July of 2007 bringing 5 years of customer service experience. She is currently enrolled in the Associates in Information Technology degree program at Jamestown Community College. Her strong computer background helps to bring information to our customer's fingertips on the Halco website. Cissy is responsible for customer service and dispatch, along with administrative duties for the Halco Discount Club. Cissy helps to track our thousands of club members and is working towards our goal of stream lining customer information to give the best customer care possible.

Cissy serves a vital role in our service team providing help to our customer's needs during the evening and weekend hours. At Halco, team members like Cissy make it possible for us to have regular hours seven days a week until 9pm.
