As a long time member of the Halco team, Heidi currently works as the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities include the administration of the Halco Discount Club, customer service and dispatch, and any other duties required to work with our team of quality and reliable service technicians. Heidi began with Halco in 1998 working part time evenings in customer service during high school. She advanced to full time after graduation and enrolled as a part time student at Finger Lakes Community College where she earned her Associates in Applied Science, Business Administration degree. 

Memberships include the Phelps Chamber of Commerce- a board member since 2007, National Comfort institute (NCI), International Service Leadership (ISL), and Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). Heidi has completed Business management courses through ISL along with other certifications through NCI and ACCA.
