Sierra, a long time member of the Halco team, began with us in March of 2004. Her knowledge of the industry and loyalty to the Halco team make Sierra's role at Halco very important. Her duties include customer service, dispatch, and accounts receivable management. Sierra's brings a strong computer background and helps to manage our customer database. As our main technician dispatcher, Sierra is also responsible for managing scheduling and providing the most efficient emergency service possible. 

Sierra is always looking for ways to improve our customer care and constantly brings new ideas to the team. At Halco, Sierra is a crucial part of our service team making it possible for us to provide regular hours seven days a week until 9pm.
