Tammy Smith is the co-owner of Halco, she started the business with her husband Hal Smith in 1984. In 2004, they expaned the business by opening a supply store, PBS Supply, Inc where she currently serves as President. Between the two venures Hal & Tammy employ 100 people in the Fingerlakes region. Tammy's roles in both companies include all financial aspects of the businesses and the director of human resources. Tammy takes pride in maintaning the family enviroment in both companies. Her goal is to continue to make Halco & PBS the best they can be and to continue to work hard to keep her Halco & PBS families happy.

Married for 27 years and in business for 25 years is what Tammy believes to be their biggest accomplishment. Together Hal & Tammy have three children-Seth, Brock, and Paige. Tammy has been involved in all of their children's sporting events over the years and has volunteered on many boards.

Professionally, Tammy currently is serves on the board of directors for HVACR for women-a national organization that provides education, mentoring, and fellowship for the growing number of women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration industry. Tammy is also an active member of ISL (International Service Leadership) and ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America).
