For 17 years Todd has worked in the HVAC industry. Starting in an entry level position, Todd grew with external education along with work experience. With experience in HVAC installation, residential and commercial service, mechanical design and management, Todd has touched almost every aspect of the industry. Currently Todd is heading up the Home Energy Performance by Halco department where he performs energy audits, completes customer reports and manages the other members of his team. Since 2006 Todd also passes on his talents with teaching part time for Monroe Community College. Teaching nights, Todd teaches the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) apprentice curriculum to local area students and current Halco employees.
